Package 1: Monthly Email Marketing Service

My Monthly Email Marketing Service is an ongoing monthly subscription of $800 USD that will make your email efforts easier, more effective and probably better looking. The service will be provided using your MailChimp or Squarespace account, and includes:

  • One hour initial consultation followed by a one year email marketing strategy.

  • Email promotional and editorial calendar planning.

  • Creation of four emails per month, including content and graphic creation; testing and email deployment.

  • Monthly email performance report. Performance report will include open rates, click-through rates, sales, conversions and other metrics per your requirements.

  • Need something not listed? Just ask!

Getting Started

Clients should be prepared to share past email activities and past results. Also clients should provide any examples of current branding, marketing, promotion efforts. Additionally, client should provide any existing brand standards and art including stock photography, images and logos; and access to email marketing account (MailChimp or Squarespace).

More About This Package

This is a monthly subscription service that you may cancel at any time. You will be billed at the same time each month, and you will be paying for the coming month service. I want you to be satisfied with the work. So if you are not happy just let me know and we'll work out a refund.

If you or your legal team wish to draft a contract, I can send you a basic agreement that will provide assurances for both you and me.

Aside from my packages, my normal billing rates start at $75 per hour (USD). If and when I preform work outside the scope of this package, I will bill you at my hourly rate. If you want a project estimate for any additional work, I will be happy to give you a range-of-cost estimate of hours required to complete the work.
