Package 2: Business Growth Strategy

My Business Growth Strategy is a one-time service designed to create a short-term business strategy to help your company increase sales, enhance brand awareness or enter new markets. You set the goals and we'll develop a strategy to meet your goals.

This strategy is $500 USD divided into two subscription payments of $250 each. The service is normally delivered within 30 days of start-date and includes:

• An initial 1 - 1.5 hour teleconference to include consulting and your goal setting.

• A written outline of the goals with initial ideas on strategy options.

• A second 1 hour teleconference to review the outline and to decide on a final direction.

• A full written draft (2 or 3 pages) of the strategy to include all goals, objectives, action items, ideas and some rough budgeting for the strategy implementation.

• Any revisions and final changes.

• Delivery of the final strategy (2 or 3 pages) along with a 30 minute teleconference to review the final document.

Getting Started

Clients should be prepared to share any relevant documents and/or files before the process begins and as it proceeds. Client will respond to each step of the process in a timely fashion.
